  • State Senator Nancy Skinner will present her legislation that reformed police departments. Some of it has already passed and has already had an important effect. Her new legislation will continue that reform.
  • Monica Wilson, Antioch City Council will talk about her experiences trying to shift the funding of the police Department to critical community services n Antioch where there is much strife.
  • Tamisha Walker, CCC Racial Justice Coalition, Safe Return Project, will talk about her black experience and what actions are needed to help the black communities.
  • Shagoofa Khan, College student at Medanos College, CDP Delegate, will talk about how she became a Rally Organizer.
