The San Ramon Valley Democratic Club endorsed the California DISCLOSE Act (AB700) on April 23, 2015.
What is the California DISCLOSE Act will do:
Lets voters know who really is paying for political ads — on the ads themselves
Political television ads will have to clearly list their three largest funders
Applies to all kinds of political ads, including television, radio, print advertising, and websites

Several SRVDC club members paid a visit to a Senate Committee hearing in Sacramento in April along with about 120 other volunteers from all over California. Club members have also made phone calls from home to ask constituents of key State Senators and Assemblymembers to contact their legislators in support of the bill.
