At the March 23, 2017 meeting, the members of the San Ramon Valley Democratic Club endorsed Senate Bill 54, the California Values Act.

We learned that immigrants need not open the door to ICE agents unless they are given a warrant with their name on it. They can slip Red Cards under the door to ask the agents for a warrant.
