The San Ramon Valley Democratic Club welcomes Dr. William Darity and his co-auhtor Kirsten Mullen who will discuss their book, “From Here to Equality, Reparations for Black Americans in the Twenty-First Century.” Dr. Darity is the Samuel DuBois Cook Distinguished Professor of Public Policy at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. Stephen Menendian, Director of Research of UC Berkeley’s Othering and Belonging Institute who will speak on systemic racism.
